Description:  The espresso of the tea world!  A full-bodied Assam tea from the Bukhial Estate in BOP-CTC style leaf (broken orange pekoe - crush, tear, curl). A hearty Assam with a round mouthfeel and peaty and malty notes. The gripping and course flavor notes are balanced with a bright briskness. This tea is an excellent choice for those that love strong robust black teas such as Irish Breakfast. 

Ingredients: Assam black tea from the Bukhial Estate in India in BOP-CTC grade (broken orange pekoe - crush, tear, curl)

Steep Directions: steep 1 sachet of tea per 8 oz boiling water, 205-212°F, for 3-5 minutes
