Tasting Notes: lemon + lavender

Description: Delicate white tea paired with lemon and lavender blossoms. An aromatic tea that has vibrant flavor notes. Bright lemon and floral lavender are enveloped between layers of premium white tea. A refreshing tea that works well hot and iced.

White teas are minimally processed, the least oxidized, and most pure of all teas. To produce white teas, two leaves and a bud are plucked from premium tea plants. These freshly harvested leaves and bud are withered (dried) carefully in the sun. The result is a delicate pure tea with soft nuances.

Steep Directions: steep 1-2 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 oz below boiling water, 175°F, for 3-5 minutes
