Tasting Notes: peach

Description: The perfect balance of green tea and radiant peach. In this tea, juicy notes of peach are layered with green tea to create a classic peachy tea that is excellent iced. We do enjoy this tea hot, but we love it the most iced.

In this tea, the small leaf style, with a lot of surface area, you'll find a refreshing tea with bold green tea flavor with lots of peach.  For iced tea, we suggest cold brewing 35 grams of this tea in 1 gallon of cold water for 6-8 hours. If you love the peach tea at Southdown Coffee, this is the tea that we supply to them. 

Ingredients: green tea, peach

Steep Time: steep 1 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 oz below boiling water, 175°F, for 3-4 minutes
