Description: Shui Xian (Shui Hsien) means water sprite and is a Chinese oolong tea from the Wuyi Mountain region. Shui Xian is a high mountain oolong that is highly oxidized and charcoal roasted. A medium body oolong tea with notes of minerals, apricot, honey, chocolate, and woods.

The Wuyi high mountains are world-famous for their dark oolong teas crafted in the twisted leaf style with long thick tea leaves. These high mountain Wuyi oolongs are grown in mineral-rich sediment which results in a desirable minerality taste.

Steep Directions: steep 1 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 oz below boiling water, 195°F, for 3-4 minutes
