Tasting Notes: bergamot, rosemary + lavender

Description:  A classic earl grey with a twist. A blend of brisk Ceylon black tea with sun-ripened Italian bergamot, rosemary, and lavender.

In this highly aromatic blend, bergamot notes shine bright while the rosemary and lavender add a multi-layered depth. The touch of rosemary and lavender offers a subtle savory note. A well balanced and smooth earl grey tea.

This sun-drenched tea is excellent on its own and can also take milk, sugar, or honey. We love this tea as an iced tea due to its bright and aromatic taste.  For a refreshing cooler, make this tea as an iced tea and add sparkling water.  

Ingredients: black tea, bergamot, rosemary, lavender, rose petals

Steep Directions: steep 1 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 oz boiling water, 205-212°F, for 3-4 minutes
