We love this earl grey for a midday and afternoon pick-me-up.  We recommend this tea for those that enjoy a light-bodied earl grey that is full of flavor. This tea would be perfect for lovers of lady grey and traditional earl grey.  We enjoy this tea straight up but you can add honey, sugar, or lemon.  We also love this tea iced - it's our current favorite iced earl grey tea.  

Ingredients: black tea, bergamot, cornflower petals

Steep Directions: steep 1 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 oz boiling water, 205-212°F, for 3-4 minutes
