This tea is cultivated at the Singbulli Estate which is a tea estate located at 4,000 feet elevation in Darjeeling’s Mirik Valley. Established in the 1920's by British tea planters, this estate is now owned by an Indian tea company. They've crafted an excellent reputation for producing high quality large leaf teas that are organic and fair trade.
Ingredients: organic Darjeeling Second Flush (summer harvest) black tea from the Singbulli Estate in India
Steep Directions: steep 1 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 oz boiling water, 205-212°F, for 3-5 minutes
