This particular Makaibari 2nd Flush (summer harvest) Darjeeling tea is an aromatic black tea with pleasant astringency and mineral-rich forest floor notes. A medium-bodied black tea with lingering notes of fresh grass, Muscat grape, lemon, musk, and apricot. A finely balanced tea that is satisfying and alluring. One of our favorite afternoon black teas.
