Ayurvedic texts describe holy basil as a pillar of sacred holistic herbal medicine. The tulsi holy basil leaf taste is softly minty with licorice, clove, pepper, and herbaceous green notes.
Tulsi is an adaptogen plant that helps the body cope with mental, physical, and emotional stress. It is known to be soothing, uplifting, and rejuvenating. Tulsi is known to support a healthy immune system and have anti-inflammatory properties.

Steep Directions: steep 1-2 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 oz boiling water, 205-212°F, for 7-10 minutes
